The Patronus Apartments are great alternative to a 4-star hotel for much less money. Everything was top notch starting with room layout thru bedding, appliances, a/c and elevators. Excellent location. We were very happy with our choice. We highly recommend this place.

The place was great. New, clean spacious. But be were that the check in was horrific - multiple buzzers, receptions desks, etc. promised access code were never actually received via email. We were lucky to get a hold of the manager via phone late 10pm who was very helpful and finally helped us get into the unit.

Position 10/10 unless you want to be close to Old Town. Norblin Centre close an added bonus as well as polish Milk Bar “Sztuka Mleka “ . Walk to Zlote Tarasy and Central Station Check-in may take bit longer , the instructions are very detailed but once you are in its all all good. I had a lovely young man actually taking me to my apartment which made it very easy. Apartments are very high standard. Overall I will definitely return.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lots of space. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Location was great, close to public transport, supermarkets, and two really good food halls. Slight negative was the standard of some of the fittings. The blinds were broken and the curtains didn't actually cover the whole window and were hanging off the rail. There was a big hole in the wall where a vent should have been which looked awful (conveniently hidden behind a curtain). Something that was really off-putting was the cheap plastic notices stuck up everywhere saying what not to do. I wasn't sure why anyone would need to be told not to take their make-up off using the towels - until I saw the hand towels which were no bigger than a face wash. If you stay here, take your own towels! The major downside was the staff member who checked us in. First it was a job to find how to get in with multiple texts giving instructions. It was like a treasure hunt. Most of the texts kept reiterating "we are not a hotel" which was a bit concerning, kind of like "don't ever contact us as we won't be there". The guy who checked us in didn't even say welcome, he filled in some paperwork didn't explain what he was doing while we stood there with our cases. Then he hurried us to the next building to the apartment and said he would text us more instructions. Then he left. No "have a nice stay" or anything. The apartment is conveniently located near numerous notable attractions. The sole negative comment pertains not to the apartment itself, but rather to Expedia’s listing of it as a hotel, which is inaccurate.

Just heads up there is construction going near by and they start very early. So if you are noise sensitive and want to sleep in it could be challenging. However the location, the place and customer service was excellent. The place is clean and provides you with everything you need.

Overall very good and clean place. Great location. The only downside; no loading/ unloading right by the entrance. Need to walk around the corner to meet your transport. No luggage storage if you arrive early. The instructions mention luggage storage at Central Train Station but it’s been closed.

Overnight Stay in Downtown Warsaw

When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near the train station, so I contacted him again to let him know I would be even later, and once again, he said no problem. When I did arrive I greeted a young man that was friendly, happy to see me, and checked me in with all smiles. I can’t say enough about how professional and friendly the staff are and how clean and excellent this place was to stay while in Warsaw! The location is also great being in downtown Warsaw!

A bit complicated to check in. Various steps are required to follow closely in order to check in due to security procedures. Otherwise its a great location and a great place to stay.

Not very friendly people with lack of empathy, at check in there was no running water for who knows how long, I went out, they didnt do anything to compensate the inconvenience. They did say “is not our fault that there were dome repairs in the building “
