"My stay was great. The room was good and the staffs are wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the room was a smoking room because I can smell it every time I entered it, but it does become unnoticeable after. "

"Had nothing but bad experiences, from Day 1, my internet wasn’t working and I had to work from my laptop, I asked if I could get high speed and I will pay, they said no they were working on having better WiFi, I was there for 5 days, I also told them I had a bad knee and didn’t want to do stairs since they don’t have elevators, and they gave me underground with a lot of stairs, i called them again because i had missed a day from work and they said IT was going to call me and see if they could fix the issue, IT called me until the next day and said there was nothing they could do, the underground room was probably the problem, I finally went to the office because I didn’t want to miss another day of work, since my kids were in spring break I wanted them to have a good time while I worked 2 days in my lap top, they moved me the last day, after I had asked since the beginning, I also had to look for a coffee shop to get WiFi and work from there, I didn’t think that was fair for my kids or me, I should’ve investigated more the location of the resort since everything was far away, like grocery, coffee shops and restaurants, will never stay here sgain"
