"We were there for 5 days and housekeeping did not come in our room at all. We had to call down to the front desk for towels and garbage bags."

"Agradecidos por el cambio de habitación y agua de cortesía a una más cómoda o amplia el punto que mejoraría o que no fue nuestro agrado, es el baño que está abierto o sin techo a la habitación y realmente salen todos los ruidos y olores llevamos 25 años juntos pero si es antihigienico y es un área con muchos pero muchos homeless lega un momento en que es muy incomoda el área donde está ubicado el hotel."
