"Bombarded with WhatsApp messages to complete a pre-check in form, including credit card for incidental expenses and photo ID, yet when arrived none of this seemed to be on the system and the pre-approved card was of a type not accepted. Check-in strictly restricted until 3pm, but you can only leave luggage at the hotel if arriving earlier if you’re prepared to pay a charge of £10/item - same with leaving after check out. Room was in a grimy, yet-to-be refurbished part of the building. Hairs in bathroom. No iron in room. "
