"The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language. Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard. "

"Nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Good place for kids and quiet neighbors and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Close to Eiffel Tower ( around 10 minutes walk) If you are public transportation users is not for you. Is far from City center and historical paris"

"The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and the elevators are excessively small. We had reserved two rooms, but one of them lacked heating and the toilet was not operational. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, the other services did not meet my expectations. "

"If you’re a light sleeper this hotel is not recommended. The underground train passes under the hotel. Anytime a train passes the room shakes. I had a bad experience also with one of the lights making an annoying sound which I had to turn it off at night cause there was no technician to fix it. Overall the room is very small. Not recommended."

"Would have been a 5 star stay except for checking out and the systems being down so was waiting around and then told these wouldn’t be back up so just had to leave in the end. "
