"Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us"

10/10 Excellent

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"The property is not 5 star and the service was not 5 star. 3.5 star service at best, especially nights and weekends. The restaurant was fair, the waitstaff at the restaurant rude and not sufficiently staffed, and the courtyard area for dining and drinks felt 3 star at best. There was no lobby area for lounging outside of 2 small sofas. The gym equipment was inadequate and very old. The spa was small. No welcome drinks or process to greet guests on arrival, breakfast was not included, which for 5 star in Europe is unheard of, no turn down service and no attempts made to restock mini bar, which did not include any wine, also unheard of in France. Toiletries were not provided. There was a plastic container for soap and lotion attached to the wall. The area in which the hotel was located was lacking, no quality shops or restaurants on the street. No typical French shops or Boulangeries. Front desk was not 24 hour and room service and bar shut down early each evening. I would not recommend and would not stay here again."

"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Paris that I would give 10/10 this one is over priced only because of the view. It is not worth cost."

"Our stay was great and the staff was so nice! There’s 24 hour service at the front desk. They would also hold our keys for us when we would leave so we wouldn’t have to worry about losing them. The room we got was a very small, we had trouble laying our suitcases out in the floor. But overall our stay was great and for the price the size of the room does its job."
