"Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us"

"I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy."

"Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel."

"An appalling experience with a complete lack of customer respect; we will never return. The room was dirty, with dust and mold present in the bathroom. The ventilation ducts were also clogged with dust, and there was almost no air circulation. Although this aparthotel advertises air conditioning, there was none, and the room temperature exceeded 28°C. Traveling with a toddler, the conditions were unbearable, forcing us to check out two nights early (we vacated the room at 9:30 AM). To make matters worse, they refuse to refund the remaining two nights. We attempted to resolve the issue through every possible channel—speaking with the staff on-site and sending emails—but received no support. A front desk agent even told us they could do nothing for us. Avoid this place."
