"My stay was really bad unfortunately even though Staff was great and very kind. I must say the Hotel really clean. The visitors next door were awful, I had a sleepless night despite I told to lower the voice. I had no number to call staff at night. I know visitors manner has nothing to do with you, but they were too noisy and un polite!!! Awful night"

We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive."
