Very fancy place to stay for the last day of our mammoth hike. The room was very comfortable with excellent beds and two bathrooms for the four of us. The restaurant had very good food, my only regret is not eating more!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had spectacular views of the mountains. At the time of my visit the elevator didn't go to the 7th floor...walking a flight of stairs was fine.

In the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, this Hotel has great views of the mountains. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a two room, two bathroom, two balcony hotel room. There is a small gym and they have a traditional continental breakfast. Would stay again!

The breakfast was unbelievably great. Lots of pastries all home made. The room was wonderful for a family. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and tons of space and a beautiful big balcony. The location was wonderful also, right in the middle of town. The gondola is only 5 minute walk.

Great breakfast. Very quiet, even with a young football team having fun raising hell and lots of construction outside. Slept with windows open and the church bells next door were like music and kindly stopped at 2130. Great location for food. Nice helpful staff. Nothing negative to report

The staff were incredible! They truly made the experience wonderful. While the location cannot be beat there were several downfalls with the hotel. It does not have AC and we were put on the 7th floor which made it hotter. While keeping the windows in our room helped cool it down, there was a ton of construction going on outside our room at all hours of the night. If you have difficulty sleeping in heat and noise, I’d find a hotel that is more interior or outside of the historic area of cortina.

The hotel is so old style but clean. I told the hotel via expedia to reserve carpark but eventually no carpark provided. A construction site is just nearby the hotel, the view is blocked, it didi not mention when I was booking the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is good.

Needs a lot of work.

Well, This hotel needs some work. Very old inside, poorly lit, needs a good refurbishing. If you are looking for a single night, passing thru town, and inexpensive, this is it. Bed was fine, shower was fine, breakfast was good, parking was strange and no elevator to the garage so expect to walk your bags up a flight of stairs. This area is under construction while we visited, so trying to find the entrance was difficult. Don’t expect anything special.

Beautiful property!

We stayed here so we'd have a pool for the kids and could be away from the busier city areas. They had a very convenient parking lot right next to the hotel which was also a big plus. The pool is clean and beautiful and the views from the rooms and the lobby and the dining area are just as good! We never felt crowded or busy, it was a very calm and relaxing vibe. We had one minor issue and one medium issue. Minor issue was that the Wi-Fi network only worked in the lobby and did not work in our rooms so when I was trying to get some work done that was not convenient. The other issue was the temperature in the rooms… Technically the rooms have air-conditioning but there isn't enough power in the hotel to run them properly so for two of the four nights we stayed the room was uncomfortably warm and my whole family was sweating in the middle of the night.

Hotel should close doors. Stinks! Internet speed is ridiculous. Crew is upnosed and bad mooded. 25 Euros Per person for breakfast. Garage is dirty and tight for 40 EUROS/NIGHT. There is a sadness in the air. Rooms must be updated and equipped. Decoration does not exist in the rooms. Un unfortunate experience. Location is great.

We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat. Overall, had a great stay!
