This is a beautiful house with a spectacular view. To have breakfast outside with the view was such a treat. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. My plans changed after I had left the home and when I called to check if I could stay an extra night they welcomed me back. I was very happy. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Victoria. Loved it.

Had a lovely stay here. Waking up to ocean views and freshly prepared breakfast is hard to beat. While the room had a shared bathroom, it was extremely clean and I had no issues at all. Great stay overall!

Room definitely clean. Breakfast is good. Kitchen is very useful. Negatives: never had a room with no bathroom door and only a curtain. Disappointed to be told to 'keep down the noise at 2100hrs by the male owner, despite the fact that he then took a very loud telephone call on loud speaker for all to hear for several minutes. I vehmenently deny that three of us were being loud in the kitchen outside our room. Owners friends also very loud the previous night until 2140hrs. Totally ruined our stay and we would have like to have left the premises at that point.

We were greeted by a very friendly host at this property. All 9 rooms were booked that night. Our room was clean, and we were happy we had a washroom to ourselves A lovely breakfast was served on the rooftop patio where we got to chat with some of the other guests. We had to cut our trip short, but the hosts were gracious and pointed out how to connect with Expedia Customer Service to start a refund request.

Really enjoyed our stay! The hosts are so welcoming. The breakfast was lovely but is the same each morning. Lots of parking. Great location.
