Wonderful place to stay in Venice in a perfect location close to Rialto Bridge. The courtyard was very nice and quiet for breakfast in the morning and a place to relax in the evening. The host was superb and to room was very clean and well maintained. I would love to stay again.

Overall, good, including very sweet host, but I highlight a few of the less-good things so as to provide useful feedback: The bed (especially the linens) were very uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on newspaper. The breakfast was not at all special or great -- it was just store-bought stuff and eggs. I couldn't go to the bathroom after checking out of my room - that was weird.
