"Excellent space and location! Very close to attractions and yet on a quiet street. We had our own private terrace, an amazing find in the city. It was a perfect room for our family of three, with a sun room for our daughter to provide separate, private spaces. The staff were extremely helpful and catching private water taxis at the nearby dock was seamless and convenient."

"Not what I expected. Major complications with check in. A huge number of steep stairs to get to and from the room that I was not aware of when I booked; so challenging that if I had known about them, I would not have stayed there. At one point a staff member accused me of trespassing. Different staff members gave me different instructions about how to enter the building. Location was its strong point. "
