"Very good breakfast and nice property"

"Hotel was well located and the staff were extremely helpful"

"Great place to stay near the buses to and from airport."

"Great location and helpful staff! There is no breakfast even though it is advertised, but we didn’t mind. The area is a beautiful quiet neighborhood still accessible to the Venice highlights. We found a few large mosquitoes in the room but it may just be the time of year. Would recommend!"

"Niccolò was amazing we loved him"

"It’s a place to sleep….thats about it"

"Loved our stayed. Far from the chaos of St Marks square and Rialto Bridge, but not too far away, Salute Vaporeto is around the corner, which is a stop to use if you are using the water taxi to move around the Venice canal. A few laid back restaurants a few steps away and also an amazing pub/deli, Corner Pub. The hotel is very nice and cozy, friend staff, in the room you have the essentials. Can’t go wrong with this hotel"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, excellent location"

"Beautiful villa and a great location. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Great breakfast!"

"Great authentic Italian hotel. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was very clean and in a good spot. I travelled with two children and felt very safe"

"The hotel staff and location were all excellent. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day and the location was easily walked to the closest water bus station or the Rialto bridge."
