The Lady running the place was very sweet and considerate of my handicap. Our room was VERY clean and had all the amenities that were advertised to be provided. This place is pet friendly, though we did not bring any with us, there were other guests with theirs. Thank you Americana Motel for being our first stop on our Honeymoon Road Trip ❤️

At check in the person running the desk was surprised when I told him I had a reservation. He had to search his email to find the information he needed. The room was suffocatingly warm, but cooled quickly once the air was on. The room looked dingy, there was a large hole in the shower curtain and the was what appeared to be died urine on the lid to the toilet tank. The bed at least appeared neat and clean and was pretty comfortable. There was a garage like space next to our room stuffed to the roof with trash and seemed like an invitation for local residents. It was too late at night to try to find alternative accommodations or we would have left.

Very affordable! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Area is a bit worse for wear. Kinda sad to see happen to Route 66.

Staff was very nice to refund my money. The pictures are very deceiving. The pictures on Hotels. Com my have been from the 70's when they opened. Rooms very runned down and so was the bedding and carpet. Needs alot of TLC.

Had a little trouble signing onto wifi--the manager kindly came to my room to assure I could get onto wifi with both my phone and laptop. That being said, I did notice that the connection may not have been terribly fast, so someone who needed to stream a lot or do lots of gaming might have found it not satisfactory. It's not a new place, but everything was serviceable and fine. Mattress perhaps a bit soft to some tastes.

The motel did not recognize our Expedia prepay. We paid again. Went to dinner. Came back to a hatching of cockroaches. A staff member unsuccessfully processed a refund. We left and stayed elsewhere. We are processing both refunds with our bank.

Our room (106) was charming, clean and pretty. I love the knotty pine walls. The outside courtyard of the property is run down but my room was a good value for the price I paid.

I've stayed in some rough places but this one is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I was traveling with someone else who slept in their truck over their room and I wish I could have done the same. Stay somewhere else.....anywhere else

Pulled in around 9pm from OKC…just needed a night to sleep til hitting the road again however got a terrible sleep. The room was sooooo hot (even with the AC on), the overall room was sooooo out dated and dirty, I felt like my credit score dropped 60 pts and I picked up a felony on my record. My kids were genuinely scared to step around and move things as they were scared roaches or other bugs would awaken. As much as I’d love to recommend this place, regardless of the price I would pay the extra $50 for anywhere other place nearby.
