Bird watcher's paradise! Quail, cardinals, road runners, and more like to sit on the edge of the pool and grab a quick drink. Because this house is on a private and rugged acre of desert you may see various wild life including birds, rabbits, lizards, and the occasional Gila Monster, coyote, owl, and more. If you should encounter wildlife that causes concern, simply contact Rural Metro for removal.

This very private oasis sits on over an acre and is in a very desirable location close to Tucson's finest dining, shopping, hiking, and biking.
