"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well!
