What a nice little gem. Centrally located yet off the main streets so nights are quiet. Clean rooms, great amenities and amazing staff. Will definitely be coming here again next time I'm in Toronto.

Great location, nice hotel with large rooms. Clean, however a few things missed in the room such as dirt on bathroom door and no tissue paper. Not enough to loose one star or not stay there again. Would definitely stay there again. Good buffet breakfast also.

Great location, very walkable to many sites around town. The hop-on hop-off bus starts just a block away, and Eaton Centre is around the corner. Very attentive staff, front desk as well as restaurant/bar. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in Toronto, such a wonderful city!

We thought the location and staff at the Pantages Hotel was great. So easy to take the train to Union Station because the hotel is a short walk from Queen Station The staff helped us find some needed supplies and also arranged for a boxed breakfast because of an early pick up to Niagara Falls . Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that the hot water was slow to arrive.
