Highly recommend this hotel. It was extremely clean and had great A/C. We even had a filtered water dispenser in our room! The staff was very helpful. They helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel. My in laws loved the restaurant in the hotel. They raved about their breakfast

The rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent too. The main reason for the top rating is the location, access to Ginza Six and all the shops were minutes away by walking. It was far enough away from the busy streets and easy to walk to food and shops.

Clean, modern room. We had a family room which was 2 interconnecting rooms. It would have helped to have a door stopper so we could keep doors open from ours and kids room. Excellent location and very convenient. Reasonably priced.

This was a great hotel for a short stay in Tokyo for a solo traveler. Well placed near a rail station. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (including a 24hr Don Quixote next door) The staff were super helpful and all spoke great English. Room AC worked great and the shower was amazing. My room faced the street and although it was a bit noisy it wasn't too bad. Mostly only heard sirens occasionally.

Had a great stay here! The rooms are a great size, the shower is spacious! The rooms are very clean also. The reception staff were awesome and helped me to organise to transfer my suitcase to another hotel. The restaurant has great food and coffee. Very short walking distance to high-end shopping, restaurants and cafés, and public transport. Will stay here again and also highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

One of the best hotel we stayed in. Close to areas that you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Free pajamas delivered to you room by a robot is a plus. Next to family mart!
