It's probably hard to beat this price point for private rooms. For how small the room is, the desk space was very nice to have. Air conditioning worked without any issues as well. Can recommend as a business hotel for short stays, but not for tourists. The latter might as well dish out more cash and opt for a stay in a more well-connected location, depending on the plans. Do beware that the soundproofing is subpar. You could clearly hear anybody passing through the corridor to access their room, as well as people loudly hanging out outside at night. Ambulances too, but they have an important job to do :^) Bring earplugs!

何度か利用して安心の滞在でした。 深夜到着で疲れてましたが外に出るの面倒でしたがお水のみたいな、と思ったら冷蔵庫に入ってました。ありがたかったです ただ館内の自販機、新千円札利用できなかったのが少し残念でした。 また利用したいと思います！

I'd say the biggest reason to stay here is it's closeness to Kamata Station and Haneda Airport. Which gives you MANY options. Do beware rush hour times! A more expensive hotel has more appliances, but really with the restaurants/stores around, it's not necessary...again, Kamata is SUPER close. Noise is a thing in the morning as it's a busy area, so they provide earplugs.If ur a big person, bathroom will be small! Small washer/dryer on 7th floor, so you can pack lightly on clothes. If you're into gambling slots are nearby too...my friend won 65usd in "prizes" which is sold at a nearby trader. I gave him 1000yen!(8~usd). Lots of bars/food nearby, Don Quijote(a popular big department store, has Almost everything). Personally i didn't care much for the blankets though, as i overheat easily when i sleep, and theirs are thick! Also the bathroom is a little...moldy in certain spots! Not the common contact areas mind you, you are safe to touch all that, just a side effect of high moisture. Speaking of i really loved the deep bathtub, a rarity in the US! Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay. Also i went during April, so temps were manageable, big thing to keep in mind. I could say more, but overall i was happy with my stay!

Sehr kleines Zimmer und extrem kleines Bad. Aber das ist ja eher die Norm in Tokyo. Freundliches Personal. Hat Gepäck für uns ins übernächste Hotel schicken lassen, sich Zeit genommen die eventuellen Preise zu erklären. Ca 5min vom Bahnhof Kamata entfernt. Kleines "Frühstück" gibt es auch, haben wir jedoch nicht gegessen. Nachts viele Escorten auf der Straße zum Hotel.
