Loved loved loved waking up and having breakfast at the hotel and then heading out for the day! It is what we miss the most. It was the most serene way to start the day. The spa treatment was so soothing and relieving!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. Although the hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza, where we planned to spend most of our time, it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, excellent dining, and wonderful facilities. We would happily stay here again!

I’ve been traveling the world my whole life and have stayed in 5 star resorts all over. This was hands down one of the best big city hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room and hotel was gorgeous, pool and spa was superb, food outstanding, and much more. The secret bar was a huge plus as well. Well done Fairmont!

WOW! Most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at, and easily the best in Tokyo. We booked a Gold Suite, and we got gold treatment. It was a level of luxury incomparable to anywhere else we have stayed (and we have stayed at the Atlantis the Royal). Just so incredible, from an amazing executive lounge with so many staff to attend to your needs, a huge room that could fit my whole family, and everything was clean and perfect. They gave us a breakfast box to go because we were checking out before we could enjoy the breakfast buffet. We will return again !!!

Our stay at the Fairmont Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities and elegant design. What I loved most, though, was returning after a full day of exploring the energy and excitement of Tokyo to the peaceful waterfront views. It created such a calming atmosphere and made it feel like you could truly unwind, rather than being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience. We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100 out of 10!!! The Fairmont Tokyo is on another level. We’ve stayed in some of the most unique and exclusive properties on earth, and somehow the Fairmont Tokyo still managed to reset the bar. This wasn’t just a great hotel stay, it was the most incredible city stay we’ve ever had, anywhere. From the moment we walked in, everything felt unreal in the best way. The storybook‑perfect windows framing Tokyo Tower look like something out of a dream. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed that you feel yourself exhale the second you step inside. And the beds...I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but they melt like butter and erase jet lag on contact. Service is where they truly separate themselves. Every interaction felt warm, intuitive, and above‑and‑beyond without ever being over the top. It’s rare to feel both completely taken care of and completely at home, but they’ve mastered that balance.

The hotel is new and gorgeous our suite was magnificent. The California king bed huge new perfect views from the room expansive waterfront from floor to ceiling windows. As fabulous as the place is including pool, gym, gold lounge, what makes this place so special is an amazing gracious attentive staff trying their best at all times to please. The gold lounge is a pleasure, fine champagnes on tap, delicious breakfasts, lunch, high tea, cocktails. We are not easy to please, we have high standards and know what good is. We felt truly welcomed and our hi expectations were consistently exceeded. This is a five star hotel unquestionably worthy of that designation. The area is a little quieter than busy districts which are 8 minutes away by taxi. If you are looking for busy shopping malls and crowded restaurant streets right out your door you will be disappointed. For our family, no complaints and high praise after a 10-day stay!
