I stayed for my first leg in Tokyo for nearly four days. My flight was delayed by more than ten hours and arrived around 3 a.m. The staff were remarkably helpful; despite the late hour, they made my check-in smooth, and I felt relieved upon arrival. I must recommend this to everyone and plan to return for my second leg as well. l
Akasaka train station is under 20mins walk away from the hotel. And lots of restaurants and bar to go if you feel like drinking.
Shibuya station was 4 stops away from akasaka station.
The neighborhood is pretty chill too.
I like it all in all for convenience.
This is definitely a unique experience, so don't expect a traditional hotel setup. The capsule was comfortable, and I especially loved the firm mattress. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.If you're traveling light, on a budget, and looking for a great location, this is an excellent option. Keep in mind that large luggage storage is limited, although you can leave bigger bags at the front desk. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
This property is great for solo female travellers for a short stay. The locker areas fit a carry on size suitcase comfortably, and there are plenty of showers, bathrooms, and sinks so you never have to wait! The capsule area is very clean, spacious, and quiet. The vibe is also very sleek and modern looking. The front desk helped me get rid of some cardboard waste.
I usually rate places well, however, this was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed. This made Thailand Hostels look good
The men’s showers were dirty and smelled like mildew. The capsule hotel had zero amenities… even the water they sold at the front desk was more expensive than the vending machine across the street… might as well take the 10 steps kind of vibes.
The worst part was that this place cost me $250 CAD for 1 night (2 people). You can easily find a much nicer hotel that is clean and probably provides free coffee for this price.
This will be the last time I ever stay at a capsule hotel. Literally it seems like they are just hoping that people are staying because they saw it on social media and want to experience it. At least that’s what I wanted to do.
The staff were nice (this is the only positive)
Also, the bed was like sleeping on the floor (hard like cement) and the x1 pillow that you get is the most flat cheap pillow you could ask for.
This place should be refunding money for terrible over priced social media hyped experience.
Great accommodations in a lovely neighbourhood close to the train station and good food. Facility was amazing and capsules very comfortable and spacious. Please be aware that there are cameras in the capsules which you can ask staff to be turned off.
My only compliant which is not the facilities fault because they do communicate the rules and there is signage, is that travellers use this space like a youth hostel and don’t obey rules like no luggage and shoes in the sleeping area/floor. So where there should be silence on the sleeping floor, we had other visitors wlaking in their shies, packing, and making noises. This was not significant enough to impact our great experience here.
Perfect place to stay in Akasaka. Hotel was absolutely lovely, one of my favourites in my entire Japan trip. I only stayed for a night but easily could’ve stayed for a week, the bathrooms were clean and the lobby nice. It was a good environment and situated in an amazing area close to shops, food and the station. 100% would recommend and will definitely stay here on my next Tokyo visit.
everything was great about the staff & property. it was very clean & very close to the subway. what ruined it fore was the other guests who were very noisy & i was wearing earplugs.

The capsule itself was very clean and is made up each day. I would recommend wearing ear plugs as other customers were quite noisy. The washroom was a bit grubby but that was because of how many were using it .It was also cleaned daily. Great if travelling on a budget. Great location.
We stayed one night.Interesting concept. Clean bed, small space, cant bring luggage upstairs which is understandable. Small locker room area. Cute lobby and neighborhoud. Overall nice experience, for short stay.
The pods were pretty cool and comfortable to sleep in. But the locker room was often crowded, cramped, and smelled heavily of body odor from the other occupants, specifically the men’s locker room. Aside from the smells and odors, the pods provided a unique and memorable sleeping experience in Tokyo.
