This is my second time staying at Brecha, and it's by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Tijuana. The property is clean, modern, well maintained, and full of thoughtful details. The rooms are extremely well equipped with multiple pillow options, robes, different irons, a large mini fridge, espresso machine, drinking water, and even a built-in steam shower! The property also offers several dining options, a small gym, and multiple patios and seating areas. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The one area that could benefit from more attention is guest parking. While assigned parking is available, I only learned about it after asking. The garage fills up quickly because of the restaurants and shops, and visitors often double park, blocking other vehicles. I experienced this three times during my stay and had to involve staff or security each time. I had the pleasure of meeting Javier, who oversees the hotel. Such a lovely man! Extremely kind, personable, and tremendously helpful in addressing the situation. With better monitoring of the parking garage, Brecha could make an already excellent guest experience even better. This certainly won't keep me from returning, although I hope to see improvements during future stays. Overall, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and thoughtful amenities. I look forward to staying again!

Will stay again in the future.

The hotel was very nice looking, exactly what was in the pictures. Parking is enclosed so I felt very safe. Coffee shop and small restaurants also very conveniently placed inside. The walls were quite thin so noise was a small concern but other than that great stay.

Parking was easy amd secure. They reserved a parking space for my car specifically. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and some shopping options. The area is safe, clean quick access to main arteries to the city yet far enough to not be bothered by noise. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the hotels main number found on the website. My last night there my call went to voicemail. This was somewhat inconvenient because the pedestrian and car access are closed late at night and you need to call to be let onto the property. Other than that my experience was excellent. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. The room service was incredible. They organized my clothing, shoes, and stored everything away in the closet for me. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was beautiful lights are programmed to Alexa. Staff is amazing, they helped me with my luggage up the stairs. Place is small family owned place so there’s no elevator to the rooms only to and from parking structure. Also the rooms are open space and they are facing the patio where people from the restaurants are eating. Privacy is not fully available. Not their fault but water was out in the city, staff took buckets of water for us. They are amazing.
