Very friendly and easy access to the airport. If you make a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, make sure the person picking you up is the correct person. There was a taxi waiting outside and he hurried to get us in the car. He wasn’t the right person.

Nice and clean hotel! However , the staff only spoke Spanish , which is fine but booking with an American website and platform made it difficult for Hotels.com to talk with the staff. The AC controls are difficult to work, it needs to be improved bc the airflow was poor. Overall, I would recommend it and would stay again if the price was right like this time.

Breakfast was simple, coffee, toast, cereal but good selection. Parking was excellent, it is enclosed parking and complete private. We felt safe leaving our automobile there. When we came back to pick up auto it was simple process and easy. We were on the road in about 15 min. or less. Excellent service.

Stayed one night for early flight. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Good location for an airport stay. Clean rooms, well maintained yet basic. Newer TVs with good WiFi. At $100 for a double, decent value for proximity to airport. Coffee on tap 24/7, next door to an Oxxo.
