I liked the location of this hotel, it was walking distance from shops and restaurants. Although my family and I did eat at the hotel. Their breakfast was amazing, with a veriaty of choices and staff was friendly and service was outstanding.

The room, hallways and lobby were all very clean. The restaurant was good. The pool and pool area were nice and inviting. The only down fall in our room was that we couldn't turn on just the bathroom light. We had to turn on all the lights in order to turn the bathroom light on.

I’m not a big fun of Fiesta Inn , but I wanted to give it a try, don’t think I’ll ever stay there no more , at list not on my priority list, dirt of all the parking it’s terrible , they didn’t left a door on the back to access the hotel , bad decision!!! So you have to walk all around the traffic coming into or out the hotel to get inn, very dangerous if you have children specially, another thing it’s about the shower extremely slippery they did the wrong tile for the floors, I almost fall a couple of times!! So for those two reasons I’ll never stay there again!! The food is great though!!! And I won’t recommend it to no one , sorry

The hotel is okay but just not that good value for money. I guess airport hotels are often overpriced, and Tijuana’s location at the border means that rates are more in line with US prices. Hotel could benefit from a renovation to freshen it up and better reflect the prices. However, all staff members from reception to housekeeping and bar were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to airport and bus station, and there is an outdoor mall with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable but soundproofing could be better, there was some noise coming in from the hallway and other rooms. It’s worth noting that the free airport shuttle only runs from hotel to airport, not the other way around.

The room was very clean, well-organized, and included a large TV. The bathroom was really nice. The pool is a bit small and not heated, but the restaurant is very pretty and serves delicious, flavorful food. It is a very comfortable place to spend a few days, even if you are traveling with family.

The room was clean and spacious. Pool area was despite the wind. Would have liked more towels being available and easy access The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. From check-in to cleaning crew. The food was wonderful and well priced. I had their 3D special (antrée, main dish and drink), I also ordered their chicken enmoladas (like enchiladas but mole sauce) from room service. The restaurant and bar are very good. The only minus was no fridge which I need for medication. They accommodated with ice packs.
