Very lovely hotel. We came during the week so it was perfect. Clean room which is what I especially look for and comfortable beds. The amenities provided in the room are very nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi as well. The aesthetic of the hotel is very beautiful.

We did get a bit lost getting there, the location is absolutely beautiful, however the guests by the pool were up till 2-3am and you could hear everything. Sadly we didn’t sleep very well because of it. Aside from that, everything was great.

Staff is friendly, room was clean. Traveled with small kids and they loved the pool. Only downside was forgetting a travel crib and, unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have one. Food was just okay.

It was beautiful. The pool area was extremely clean. The service was great. The place itself is just breathtaking. We did have a power outage which affected the service at the restaurant but other than that everything was great. 10 out of 10. The place was heaven on earth. It does get really chilly at night cause you’re at the top of the mountain so make sure you take a big jacket.
