"The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her. "Bit unfair to single out one person from the group of staff who were all very professional and super friendly BUT the Check in lady on Saturday morning 24th January was exceptional, an absolute credit to Scandic. In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi. We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good."
