"Unfortunately couldn't see the northern lights. We did the ice sculpting but was given no instructions. You have to have reservations for the restaurant but there's no where else to really to eat near by. The igloos were nice for two people, clean and warm. Overall it's a good experience, but overpriced abd don't expect to see the northern lights. "

"The rooms were clean, new and spacious. The glass ceilings were perfect for seeing the sky. What stood out thr most was the attentives staff. They were incredibly friendly and responsive and made sure we had everytbing we wanted, even if it was some food for the reindeer late at night"

"The chalets are new, modern, clean and stylish. The bathroom was spacious and kitchenette very useful. The bed overlooking the view is amazing ! We loved our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were on hand if you needed anything! I loved the resort ! So magical. Thank you "
