"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. "The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day."
