Poolside seating is the best thing about the hotel. We enjoyed alot. We’re vegetarians but staff especially cooked vegetarian hot meal for breakfast for us. Will definitely recommend.

I booked TS and suite, it was clean and very large room, we enjoyed staying in. Building looks and feels old, unloved, lifeless. Breakfast was extremely poor, more like 3* rather than 5 star. This property definitely is not 5* in my opinion.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either.

Outstanding! Our stay at TS Suites in Seminyak was absolutely incredible. The suites are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The in-room jacuzzi was pure perfection — such a luxurious touch that made our stay feel extra special. The staff were amazing, so warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. And the infinity pool… simply stunning. The perfect place to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Bus to beach - also a thoughtful and helpful touch. We truly could not rate this property more highly and would return in a heartbeat!

Hotel is dated, villa is spacious but the bed was hard as a rock. menu was ok but hard to eat the same choices for 8 days straight. breakfast was already cold at first serve being 7 am. staff were always pleasant.
