*Please note we do not accept bookings from school leavers or guests under 20 travelling independently.
*The owner keeps some personal belongings stored in two locked cupboards within the apartment. These cupboards are not accessible to guests.
*Please note there is no BBQ available for guest use at the property. Guests wishing to enjoy outdoor cooking facilities can make use of the public beachfront BBQ area located at nearby Happy Valley, approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
*Guests are required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival, which is a standard requirement for all Welcome Ready stays.
