The whole property was exceptionally clean. Nice atmosphere with small courtyards with tables and a very clean nice pool. Great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. An awesome place to stay.

We enjoyed an excellent stay here, room was awesome, they thought of everything! It was immaculate. FREE coffee in lobby, FREE parking and WiFi! Location was perfect for beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely comeback.

Another excellent stay at Devon Shores. I’ve stayed at a few hotels on Clearwater Beach, most high end ones and since discovering Devon Shores I won’t go anywhere else. The staff, facilities and cleanliness are all fantastic. Parking is included, beach/pool towels are included, coffee/tea is included, plenty toiletries are included, even the little touches like umbrellas available if needed are super appreciated.

This is a great place to stay in Clearwater. The rooms were clean, the pools are so nice, and it’s only a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond and were so friendly. They offer flavored water and the best coffee in the lobby too. Definitely will be back here!

Great place! Very nice staff. Very clean and up to date renovations. 24 hour front desk. Rooms could use a broom for the sand and the pool would be nice if it was opened until 9 or 10pm.

It’s a little gem 2 blocks from the beach. It is tiny surrounded by all the towering Clearwater chain hotels, but completely met our needs with friendly and personal staff. My only quibble is the lack of mugs and a coffee maker, but they do have fresh coffee in the main office with cups and a carrier.

First things first! The staff was incredible and welcoming, from the minute we arrived they were helpful and informative. The property is in the "thick of it" with out being in it, your within steps of beach, docks, restaurant, bars, rentals, shopping, etc... without all the noise and commotion. Best part was the simple, easy, close, motel style parking , 2 pools, but most of all the AFFORDABILITY!! Comparatively..

This place was great, so friendly, clean, and overall a good experience. I rated “useful amenities” 4/5 because the pool closed at dark. We were out all day and wanted to come back and use the pool but never made it in time. Other than that, it was great.
