"Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were assigned a second-floor villa room with no elevator, requiring us to carry all of our luggage up a flight of stairs. The hallways and stairwell were visibly dirty, creating a poor first impression. When we entered our room, we were immediately met with a strong mold odor. We discovered wallpaper peeling away from the wall, exposing what appeared to be a large amount of black mold. Traveling with a toddler, this was an unacceptable...
