"Our stay stated with some issues but Westgate did fix the bed and the toilet. We still had a few hiccups but we didn't let the issues spoil our trip and still had a great time."

"It was a great price, nice room, very friendly staff but outdated. The pics on-line look so much better and easy fixes to make the room better were neglected. Mattresses past their effective life, holes in walls not properly patched, and soap the worst to lather. Price to comfort ratio...still pretty good and I would go back but be prepared it is not like in the pics. (3 star needs to be maintained as a 3 star, which makes me worry if I had done a 2.5 star how old would it have been.)"

"It is a very nice hotel. Beautiful scenery and wonderful location."

"The most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed on."

"Room had roaches smelled horrible."

"Comfortable stay noisy upstairs at night could hear lots of loud noises n walking Other that that really nice place"

"Exceptional location and you can literally walk outside to the archway. Super clean, nice staff, clean rooms. I was there for work where I could have gone to others for cheaper but not likely the view and location. Only downside was the garage system was not working all weekend, so self parking was a bit problematic, but I know that stuff happens. I would love to stay there if I come back in town."

"This location was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in America. The only deficiency with my stay here, was it wasn't long enough. I'd stay for a week next time, and there will be a next time."

"Nice people. Nice and clean room With comfortable bed. All I needed. Thank you!"
