The perfect location for visiting Split. Located right on the Riva, about 1 block from old town and the palace remains. The room was clean, comfortable and large. Very comfortable bed and the staff was very helpful at check in and check out to handle the bags. The best part by far was the large comfortable patio over looking the Riva and the harbor. We really enjoyed our coffe in the morining and a glass of wine at night on our comfortable patio overlooking all the action.

A truly excellent choice. From being greeted by the super helpful host to the amazing suite and what has to be the best view in split we were delighted with our decision to book this accommodation and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know who is visiting Split.

This was an excellent rental experience! Šime and his colleague met us on arrival and gave us a great overview of the space and local recommendations, all of which were very appreciated. The location is spectacular, and also surprisingly quiet at night considering its proximity to the downtown area. We (embarrassingly) locked ourselves out of the apartment on our first night, and Šime was there in a matter of minutes to let us back in. We also really appreciated the provided beach towels and included breakfast at the local restaurant downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was close to the Adriatic sea. The restaurant for breakfast is located on other buliding but was very delicious. The only concern was you have to climb the staires to reach the top floor. If you have big and heavy luggages will make you exhausted. The reception guy may help you out with your luggages if you are lucky.

The room was well-located on the riva in walking or short taxi ride to sites of interest. It was bright and cheerful, comfortable, especially the bed, and clean. Sime, our host, was very reliable, helpful and on call for any needs we might have. The included breakfast is at a restaurant a short distance from the room overlooking the Adriatic Sea with generous and delicious items off the menu.

This villa is beautiful and has the very best view in split. You can’t possibly get any closer to the water and the rooftop patio is breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay here!

We arrived quite late and love that we were taken extremely good care of . We we were taken quickly through the neighborhood, made sure we had something to eat,received a bouquet of welcome flowers. The staff was extremely friendly, including the pick up from the airport to the Riva Luxury suites by Top (driver) And also all the extra care we received from Sime (property management) They were plenty of restaurants and local eateries nearby. An abundance of history, ambience, and friendly local people All in all, it was a trip to remember.

Great stay!

Great location and great service/communication from the owner. He let us check in early and helped us with our luggage. He also gave great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Location is amazing!
