Maja at reception was incredible She was extremely helpful with the check in, she gave us loads of recommendations, helped up with our ticket for parking which had become damp in the storm and even wished us well on our travels on the last night. The breakfast was lovely in the garden and the hotel staff were generally very accommodating

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable rooms , strong AC, located in the middle of the historic district , walking distance to the best sights. A nice balcony was a bonus. We had a 2 day stop over in Split before our trip to zagreb and slovenia and decided to stay at Hotel Marul based on reviews..Its a small hotel with limited facilities. More like bed and breakfast. Staff at reception and breakfast was good. Location is very close to major tourist spots which is a plus. Rooms r small and very basic. No points there. Overall an ok experience

This hotel is in a great location to walk easily around Split. The area was nice and they had a lovely garden in the back. The staff was so helpful. Maya checked us in and gave us great info on where to go, eat and what to skip. The air conditioning worked in the rooms which says a lot for rooms in Europe. We really liked it here and would definitely stay again.
