  • Spello House apartments are in a historic medieval building that for centuries was the entrance control site for the landlord, as is still evidenced by the authentic chain hanging from the walls of the building. Located just outside the Consolare port, a stone's throw away from the recently discovered Villa Romana Sant'Anna and named after it's convenient and spacious parking just 50 meters from the property. Ancient charm built with the typical stones of Mount Subasio, construction has undergone renovation and consolidation work since the earthquake of 1996.
