"The Clerk working the front desk Sunday morning 3/8 entered my room without knocking or acknowledging herself. I was coming out of the shower and was completely naked. As a lone, single woman this experience was truly terrifying, unprofessional not to have check the status of the room beforehand and unacceptable. This will have been my LAST stay with BW. "

"The room was not clean at all. There was a terrible smell. A hole in the bathroom door of the “suite” area, along with a questionable substance splattered all over the light switches and door handles. Will not be back. "

"Tyrone at the front desk was great!! Over all we were a little disappointed in this hotel. The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The front lobby was pretty and clean but the room wasn’t quite as clean and sharp. Don’t think we’d stay at this particular hotel again. "

"Overall I was very satisfied with the property. They had great amenities, like the indoor pool which was awesome because it stormed some during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy it. The pool area was clean and the water felt great! The breakfast was buffet style, with plenty to choose from and the food quality was good. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were there ready to answer any questions and help in any way they could, can't say wnough about how great the staff was and how friendly they were. The room itself was awesome, clean, smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and plan on enjoying it again myself in the near future!"
