"The room was clean and spacious with a great view toward the mountains and city lights (not the strip) very vast! Can't think of any amenities missing all was great. Staff was friendly and happy to be working there. Hmmm. You don't hear that as strongly as we heard it here. Very nice guests, friendly and accommodating staff. Loved it and will be back. Loved the VBRO option! "

"The room was beautiful and comfortable. The host went above and beyond. I had a few hiccups during the booking and check-in process, but he helped me through the entire process. I did have to wait a bit for my room to get cleaned, but the hotel offered me some food credit (although I ran out of time to use it). It was a great experience."
