"I was very pleased with the assistance given by staff. From the old school Seattle Times paper copy each day to check concerts and events in town to the pivotal assistance provided by the bellman at 5 am getting me a cab and assisting with my checking out as I madly dashed to my ride to the airport to catch an early plane. There is no doubt had the bellman not assisted me there is a chance I may have missed the flight which would not have been good news for me. Thank you to a stellar staff!!"
