8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
good location and room. Staff doing their best under difficult circumstances. Premier inn takes money for late check out and early check-in for the same room.

No parking here, but it is right in the center of town so very convenient. The room was spacious and spotless.

6/10 Okay

Rooms were spacious and pretty clean/maintained. Looks like staff plan to do a fine job on cleaning versus a great job. Reception staff was mixed - some seemed knowledgeable and others a bit confused by requests. Bath tub side pretty high and no anti slip mat in show which made getting in and out tricky. Attached restaurant is apparently closing permanently soon and that was evident from the staff service, maintenance of breakfast appliances and overall cleanliness. It did the job but staff were clearly over it and customers were bearing the brunt of that. A fine enough stay if you find yourself in Scarborough.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The disabled access for someone in a wheelchair, my wife, is terrible, we had to negotiate 7 outward opening heavy sprung doors while trying to manover a wheelchair. When we went to the restaurant for dinner we couldn't access it with the wheelchair down 5 steps, the staff were not willing to help, we had to go next doo6to McDonald's to get some dinner. The grout in the bathroom tiles had mould growing. Premier inns aare party to the Sunflower organisation, which means they are disability aware and willing to assist, but not in Scarborough. This was an absolute disaster and we couldn't leave quick enough.
