This property need to maintain the rooms from furniture and bed quality and even windows and bathroom we had many issues regarding the door of balcony and smell of bathroom and beds were not comfortable plus the towels quality was poor the staff was helpful and breakfast was standard

I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shockingā€”I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all.

Genel olarak Hotel epey temiz odalar genişti. Check-in esnasında resepsiyondaki personeller Ƨok yardım severdi. Hotel sahibi pek ƶrnek davranışlarda bulunmadı ve bu beni ve eşimi Ƨok rahatsız etti. Ayrıca spada Ƨalışan Taylandlı personeller Hotele gelen mĆ¼ÅŸterilere nasıl davranacaklarınıda Ć¶ÄŸrenmeli, masaj bittikten sonra nezaket gƶsterek ''Thank you'' deyip odadan dışarı Ƨıktığımda, kendi aralarında beni taklit ederek alay etmelerini Ƨok ama Ƨok yadırgadım. Ertesi gĆ¼nde spaya gidecektim ama bu davranış yĆ¼zĆ¼nden vaz geƧtim.

Fiyat Performans Oteli, tavsiye ederim

Kartepe'de birkaƧ gĆ¼n yarıyıl tatilini geƧirmek iƧin Ƨevre otelleri incelediğimde, fiyat performans oteli olarak gƶrdĆ¼ÄŸĆ¼m otelde 4 gece rezervasyon yaptırdım. Otel temizlik aƧısından iyi durumda, personel de ƶzverili, yardımsever. Kartepe ye yakın olduğu iƧin gĆ¼ndĆ¼z kartepe ye akşam da otele geƧtik. Otelde kapalı ve sıcak yĆ¼zme havuzu var, Ƨok bĆ¼yĆ¼k değil ama Ƨocuklarla Ƨok memnun kaldık. GĆ¼nĆ¼n yorgunluğunu sıcak havuzda ve arkasından saunada atabildik.Saunada mentol olmaması eksiklikti. Ayrıca havuz, sauna ve masaj alanında Ƨalışan arkadaş da gĆ¼leryĆ¼zlĆ¼ ve yardımseverdi. Odalar olması gerektiği kadar temizdi. Otelde tek sorun kahvaltıydı diyebilirim. Kahvaltı iƧin elinden geleni yapmaya Ƨalışmışlar ancak, Ƨay, peynir, yumurtada 2 tık daha iyi malzeme seƧmeliler. Ɩnemli bir konu da, kar yağışı nedeniyle yollar kapandığı iƧin rezervasyonumuzu 1 gĆ¼n ertelediler, dolayısıyla 1 gĆ¼nĆ¼mĆ¼z de yanmamış oldu. Bu konuda gƶsterdikleri hassasiyetteb dolayı da teşekkĆ¼r ederim. Genel olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otel iƧin iyi diyorum, yeniden tercih edebilirim.

2021/29 Ekim Tatili

29 ekim tatilinde 2 gece ailece kaldık. Konaklamamız genel olarak iyiydi. Erken gelmemize rağmen saat 2'yi bekletmeden odamızı temizletip bize 11 gibi odamızın anahtarını verdiler. Otel birkaƧ ay ƶnce devralınmış. Doğal olarak bazı eksikleri var. Onlar da giderilirse Ƨok iyi iş yaparlar diye dĆ¼ÅŸĆ¼nĆ¼yorum. Aklıma gelen detaylar şu şekilde : Odalar ve balkonlar genel olarak gĆ¼zel. Banyoların muslukları duş başlıkları su giderleri, tuvalet fırƧaları ve banyo havluları yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı gĆ¼zeldi. Ɩzellikle bergamotlu Ƨay Ƨok iyiydi ama zeytinler fazla tuzluydu. Daha gĆ¼zelini almalılar. Kapalı havuz gayet temizdi ama hamamda bazı eksikler mevcut. Mevsim geƧtiği iƧin aƧık havuz hizmet dışıydı ama bĆ¼yĆ¼klĆ¼ÄŸĆ¼ gayet iyi. Yazın gĆ¼zel olur diye dĆ¼ÅŸĆ¼nĆ¼yorum. Terasın manzarası da Ƨok gĆ¼zel. Son olarak Ƨocuklara bir oyun alanı yapılırsa sĆ¼per olur Ć§Ć¼nkĆ¼ bizim gibi Ƨocuklu aileler fazlaca geliyor. Konaklamamız boyunca bize gĆ¼leryĆ¼zlĆ¼ ve misafirperver davranan tĆ¼m personele de teşekkĆ¼r ediyorum.

Super Hotel! Late BreakfastšŸ‘

Gittigim oteller arasinda temizlik ve hizmet acisindan guzel tecrube yasatan bu otelin en guzel ozelligi gec kahvalti saatiydi! Kahvaltinin sabah 11 e kadar surdugunu duydugumda dunyalar benim oldu cunku tatildeyken sirf kahvaltiya yetismek icin sabahin 8 ine saat kurmak kadar sinir bozan bir olay yoktur benim icin. Diger otellerin bu sabah kahvalti meraki cidden cok sinir bozucu, o yuzden bu otel benim icin cok puan kazandi. Havuzuda cok temiz ve guzeldi, servis harikaydi, butun calisanlar cok yardimci ve guleryuzluydu. Check in yaptigimiz sirada kahvalti icin sevinirken kulak misafiri olup kosarak yanima gelen (sanirim on buro veya otel muduru, keske ismini alsaydim, hatirlarsa eger ben Amerikali musteri) endise icinde kahvalti saatinden sikayetciyseniz kacta isterseniz o sekilde ayarlayalim diyerek bir kat daha mutlu etti. Aksine ben cok mutlu oldum gec saatte olmasina diyerek kendisini rahatlattim. šŸ¤— Herkese tavsiye ederim bu oteli. I really recommended this hotel to everyone. This hotel is very clean , inexpensive and has best customer service. Late breakfast is also very important for me, and this hotel has itšŸ¤—

The hotel wasnā€™t clean and should not rating as a 4 stars hotel. The toilet was not clean at all and the tolls was dirty. It was the worst hotel I have booked in my life so I booked another hotel in the same day although the refused to refund me for the 2 nights I booked
