Nice hotel, by the lake, very nice view.

My mom and I had great time. Hotel is very nice, rooms are very clean and decorated very nicely. service Is excellent. open buffet breakfast has all kind of food from authentic Turkish and world kitchen.

Buraya ikinci defa gelişimizdi her şey kusursuzdu. İlk verilen odanın manzarasını çok beğenmediğimiz için hemen 2. Kattaki müsait bir odayı verdiler. Müşteri memnuniyeti çok ön planda resepsiyonda duran arkadaşa ve kahvaltı sırasında bizle ilgilenen beyefendi ve hanımefendiye çok teşekkürler. Ortam atmosfer büyüleyici ve çok huzur vericiydi. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek isterim.

rezervasyon yaptığım hotes.com dan hiç bir değişiklik yapamadım sonrasında.sadece kahvaltı vardı ücretin içine akşam yemeğinide dahil etmek istedim bir muhatap yok.oteli aradım.rezervasyonları akşam yemeği dahil olmuyor dediler.otele gittik bizden başka herkes yarım pansiyondu. ayrıca oteldeki disco sesi sabah 2ye kadar odanın içindeydi.

Sapanca Gölü kenarında huzur dolu bir tatil için.

Otel gölün kenarında. Odalar gayet güzel. Kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı şeklinde ve lezzetli. Öğle ve akşam yemeği için otelin kendi restoranını kullanabilirsiniz. Şefin yaptığı yemekler çok güzeldi. Restoran müdürü Uğur Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum göstermiş olduğu ilgi ve alaka için.

Rooms too small for the price

Location is good. Right on he lake and short 5-minute walk to pedestrian sta in town with shops, restaurants, cafes. Hotel staff are nice, and there is a garden with swings and bean bags for lounging and playing with kids. But the rooms are too small for the price. For $236, our room had barely any walking space around the bed, a shallow closet, and a tiny bathroom, with a fan in the bathroom that leaked water all over the floor.

Noisy couldn't sleep

The rate was much higher than it is worth. There was a wedding party all night long and loud music till early morning hours. Loose cats and dogs around breakfast area.
