酒店居然查不到我的订单，我打手机问hotels客服很久才接通，客服和酒店通话后还是查不到，查了一个多小时后说先让我住吧，酒店的床单被褥睡的我身上痒的睡不着！

保安不足，早餐極差，連咖啡也沒有，最可笑的是，有部咖啡机，且不開也不放咖啡豆，两天早餐也吃不上，房間電水瓶也不清潔?
