It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. "Very nice property. Two things to help other guests. 1) Put a lock box at the apartment. Makes getting the key easier . 2) Provide names of local taxi services, as Uber does not work in the St. Christina area."
