"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. "
