After facing so many challenges with Italians who don’t speak English, we do appreciate her , thank you, so close to the train station, the room was warm , thank you 😊 they could have put coffee machine in the room, it would have been great ! "The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town and very short walk to the ski lift. The staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good. For the price it’s a nice hotel in a very expensive town. "

"This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will definitely come back again !! "
