We stayed for our 5th Anniversary and the team went above and beyond preparing our room slightly ahead of normal check in and provided a complementary bottle of prosecco which wasn’t expected. The Bell hops are knowledgeable and very friendly and prompt to open your door as you arrive each time. Highly recommended booking the executive suite we had a great view of the courtyard

Me and my kids loved our trip to San Francisco because of staying here they have extremely helpful understanding staff, easy check in, kid friendly, large spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, easy Netflix login, nice quite area, housekeeping respects privacy. Nice valet area easy to go in and out. We had an amazing time. I would say the only thing to keep in mind is the area where they keep the water, wine, and alcohol is weight triggered so if you move them because of small children you will be charged if you don’t let staff know at check out. But staff is extremely nice and fixed the issue right away. Beautiful lovely hotel.

The exterior and lobby area are both beautiful and appear luxurious. However, the room was a bit dated, especially the restroom. There was a constant strange odor in the restroom. The tub drain was very slow so water was constantly pooling at my feet while I was showering. There was no fan in the bathroom so none of the towels dried. My husband called the restaurant to ask if dogs were allowed. He was told we could bring our dog but the dog had to sit on the floor. We said that’s fine since he is an animal. Once we got downstairs we were turned away because only service animals were allowed in the restaurant. Valet and front desk staff were wonderful.

I love this Hotel but it’s a bit tired and needs a refresh! For the price it’s not up to Four Seasons .. the staff and team members are fantastic though. Thank you !
