My wife and I had an excellent 2-night stay in unit 3 while visiting San Clemente for our nephew's HS graduation. The unit was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and well appointed. The view and sounds of the surf breaking on the beach was loved. The one and only nuisance was the beach campfire smoke that would blow in with the onshore breeze each night from around 7 to 10:30pm. Since we have some breathing sensitivities, we ended closing up the unit and spent our time off-site during that window. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay there again any time of year but would reach out to staff to check on other room options, at least during the summer.

The location is excellent! The staff and amenities were great, with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach in your room, plus beach towels and toys in the office. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. Plus a nice deck to Lou he on. Everything was very clean and seemed newly remodeled. Would definitely stay there again!!! My only complaint is the WiFi is not reliable or strong, so if you are planning to do any work while you are there, don’t plan to do it in the room.

This is a beautiful place. super close to the pier and a gorgeous view. Lots of nearby restaurants, beautiful area. Only negative for us was that the walls seem to be pretty thin. You can hear people closing doors and walking up and down stairs easily.
