Lovely king size room with balcony view to the bay. Have stayed here before and appreciate the cleanliness and hospitable staff. Very comfortable sleeping here. We like the central location to downtown Ganges.
The only suggestion I offer is that the bathroom floor is cold.
I was very impressed with the front desk clerk named Alex. He was extremely helpful in checking my elderly mother in ahead of time she arrived at the hotel before I did. Outstanding service.
All the staff I met during our stay were excellent!
The room was spacious, bed very comfy and the view was great. Nespresso machine was fun and the coffee good.
The wooden bed frame is very hard on the ankles as it sticks out from the bed all the way round.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
This location is perfect for a short walk into town. The view from the front room on the second floor was the best. Other partial views are not only blocked by signs but also blocked by hydro poles. The area has amazing farm stands - local products, fresh veggies and much more.
Fantastic stay in a beautiful King room on the 2nd floor with a view of the harbour. Walking distance to Ganges, free parking, super convenient stay for our little 1-night island getaway.
What a great place to stay when visiting Sslt Spring Island. Conveniently located but quiet. Overlooking a harbour. Nice staff. Can’t recommend more highly!
For two nights stay in high season , rates are too high ( in our opinion)for what you pay for, bang for your dollar, was slightly disappointed, clean though (positive), shower was not draining properly, coffee maker had a mind of its own, restaurant was okay, good location from the main shopping area in Ganges
Expensive, not particularly good value for money, but little else available on a weekend in Salt Spring in August. Staff friendly and helpful, though, allowed us to leave bags off in the morning before our stay.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Sincere and not fake. I liked that. Balcony overlooking harbour was spacious and comfy. The carpets in the hallways need some work but other than that would absolutely stay again. Thanks Guys.
Clean spacious room had lovely harbour view.
I had to carry my heavy cases up the stairs which was difficult
Could have done with information in room.
Had to get help to turn off bedside light as no switch apparent
This hotel is not worth the money charged. I would give it a 2 star rating. The advertisement seems like it is on the ocean. It is a long way from the ocean. There is no pool or hot tub. Breakfast is not included. We got a couple good cookies when we arrived and a useless glass water bottle. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. The tV was on the wall in front of the beds so when you sat on the couch the tV was at a great angel and hard to watch. The hotel is nice enough. The staff friendly and helpful. But almost $400. Is way too much for what we got. The shower base was extremely slippery. We put a towel on the floor so we didn't fall. The room was too long and narrow.
From our room we had a view of the bay. Close to bars and restaurants and to the Saturday Market. Not sure it's worth $550/night though. But it was the only place on the island we could find with king bed.
