A large, well furnished hotel close to the.main train station in Rome. Very convenient for a pre or post trip extention if going on a cruise.or other destinations by train. The morning breakfast buffet was very good with many options. The rooms are large and comfortable with all.modern amenities.

Hotel was central located, Room was clean and bed was so comfy. Bar was also nice with free snacks. My flat iron broke and the hotel gave me one to use the whole trip free of charge. Staff was excellent and got us transportation every morning and evening we went out. Continental free breakfast every morning was yummy with lots of choices. I would definitely come back. Great experience!!

The StarHotel Metropole was a good visit to Rome for me on a personal side trip on my business trip. It was convenient to the Centrale Termini and to my walking tours of attractions and dining. The breakfast was premier level with many offerings of fresh food in both American and Italian traditions. A Ms. Danielle at the reception desk helped me set up early checkin and late checkout to fit my schedule and was very accommodating to help me explore Rome and relax in the hotel space.

I had originally booked a city view but got a room where I COUID only see a wall , sine people would not have complained by I did as I paid £300 a night and got a very nice 2bedroom room with a city view , room service was a bit high at €6.50 , not a lot of choice in the hotel restaurant especially for kids , some staff were good sine were a bit rude , won’t be in a rush to return but the attractions were very good!!
