Our room was great, clean and quiet for sleeping. Perfect location - one block from the Pantheon and in close proximity to walk everywhere in the city. Staff was lovely and morning coffee terrific.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to the Pantheon and bus stops. The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom was large. Staff were great and were helpful with recommendations for restaurants and transportation options. The hotel felt safe.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was fantastic, and the rooms were so cute, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing- we actually had to turn it up, which is unheard of for Americans traveling in Europe! The staff was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We also booked transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, and the drivers dropped us off and picked us up right at the door. They were responsive and easy to coordinate with, making everything seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

We booked 3 rooms, they were all clean, unique, and very well organized. The AC worked perfectly. The location is excellent, in the heart of Rome's touristic area. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is various and delicious. We 100% recommend it.

Perfectly located just steps from Pantheon, but still quiet.Not your usual hotel. No lobby, no public area. Entrance to building on the street, then elevator to 4th floor where hotel is located. Then enter a room which serves as office, check in and breakfast area in the am. However despite a small staff everything went smoothly, Gentleman at the desk who served as check in, helped with luggage, cleaning and breakfast preparation( very adequate breakfast)and arranged transportation to airport for the next day. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Would definitely recommend if you can do without the glitz of a fancy lobby.

This 500 YO property is brilliantly renovated and pristine clean inside. The staff are all friendly and easily understood, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Within 60 metres you are sampling history BC ! Venture 500 metres and numerous treasures are revealed. This is a fantastic location, breakfast is a feast, you can’t fail to be impressed. Just visit and enjoy it all !

What a unique place located in a mixed use building in an alley right by the Pantheon and really great restaurants that had a more local residences rather than tourists. Amazing food. Stay away from the Piazza Pantheon restaurants. The room was amazing. Spotless, beautifully renovated space. Shower was really nice for two! Hostesses were amazing as well. Breakfast was so good with homemade pastries and pies along with eggs, meats and cheeses. What a great place to stay!!
